  • Schedule a prenatal consult and set yourself up for success. This consult takes place before your baby arrives. It can be done in your home or virtually. The appointment can last up to 60 minutes. I will explain the basics of breastfeeding, common challenges, and how to be proactive in preparation. I will take a thorough obstetrical history and I can perform a breast exam with your permission. I will also teach you about prenatal expression of colostrum and breastfeeding positions. If you do not have a breast pump yet, I can direct you on how to order one.

  • Positioning is just the beginning! This can be in home or virtual. For breastfeeding difficulties, in home visits are preferred in order to thoroughly assess mom and baby. Appointments are private and can last up to 60 - 120 minutes. For in home consults, I will bring a special scale that can measure the amount milk your baby gets from breastfeeding during the visit. I will help you nurse, assess the situation, and answer your questions. Together we will discuss and formulate a plan that is best for your family.

  • Not that parenting isn’t a real job but it doesn’t pay so well. This consult can be done in home or virtual. It can take anywhere from 30 - 60 minutes. I will provide emotional support as well discuss your work schedule, childcare, and pumping. Moms can continue to breastfeed even when it’s time to head back to the office.

Self-Pay*

Rates are based on type of visit (prenatal, breastfeeding, back to work, etc.). Please contact me about which service you are interested in. Payment plans available upon request.

I will provide documentation for you and you can submit to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement, which is required under the ACA (Affordable Care Act).

Now Accepting Cigna (except HMO), Humana, BlueCross BlueShield, Anthem, CareFirst, Independence, and Aetna insurances with little to no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Travel fee still applies for in-home visits*

Out-of-Network*

I will submit a claim to your insurance company directly for reimbursement. You pay upfront, but you are reimbursed once insurance payment is received.
